DEFINITIONS

1. Aira E-Bizbanking (Internet Banking Business) is a facility for corporate customers to conduct banking transactions (non-cash) through the Internet using a browser. The banking transactions that can be performed include debits, transfers, payments, and other instructions.
2. Bank refers to PT Bank Nano Syariah, including its Head Office, branch offices, and other offices that are integral parts of PT Bank Nano Syariah.
3. Company Code is the code given to customers to be used as the company's identity when accessing Aira E-Bizbanking.
4. Username is the identity held by each User Customer used to log in to Aira E-Bizbanking, divided into three levels:
• User Maker: A User who initiates a transaction and has the authority and responsibility for the transaction.
• User Appover: A User authorized and responsible for verifying the accuracy, validity, and completeness of a transaction.
• User Releaser: A User authorized and responsible for verifying, approving, or rejecting fund transfers for a transaction.
5. Password is the identity or secret code held and used by User Customers to log in to Aira E-Bizbanking.
6. Authentication code is the code generated or required for authorization used in Aira E-Bizbanking, which can be:
• SMS Token / SMS OTP A verification code as authentication and security for username activation sent by the PT Bank Nano Syariah system to the registered mobile phone number.
• Hard Token / Simaskey A transaction authentication device provided by the Bank when the customer requests a token through Aira E-Bizbanking.
7. Customer refers to the account holder in the form of savings, checking accounts, deposits, and others issued by PT Bank Nano Syariah.
8. Account refers to the customer's account at PT Bank Nano Syariah, including savings, checking accounts, deposits, and others issued by PT Bank Nano Syariah.
9. Transaction refers to the transactions that can be conducted by users of Aira E-Bizbanking, such as Payment Transactions, purchasing airtime, bill payments, money transfers, and other transactions that may be developed in the future.
10. Cellular Operator is a company providing cellular phone network services.

REGISTRATION FOR AIRA E-BIZBANKING

Aira E-Bizbanking can only be used by Corporate customers. To become a user of this service, customers must first register with the following conditions:

1. Customers must have a checking account at PT Bank Nano Syariah.
2. Customers must visit the branch where they opened their account and fill out the Registration Form (available for download on the Aira E-Bizbanking website) and attach photocopies of the following documents:
   1. Articles of Association and Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (if the company was established before 2007).
   2. Adjusted Articles and Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (if the company was established before 2007).
   3. Latest Amendment to Articles and Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia/Notification Letter of Articles Amendment/Notification Letter of Corporate Data Amendment.
   4. Business Identification Number (NIB) and other business licenses.
   5. Identity Card (E-KTP/Passport with Residence Permit) of the authorized officer according to the Articles of Association or Latest Management Change Act.
   6. Identity Card (E-KTP/Passport with Residence Permit) of the employee designated as the company's PIC.
   7. Identity Card (E-KTP/Passport with Residence Permit) of the employee/user designated as the User ID holder.
   8. Proof of account ownership as per the conditions.
   Notes:
   • Regarding old business licensing documents that can be accepted by the Bank, it is recommended to the Company to update the business licensing documents as regulated in Government Regulation No. 05 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.
   • Based on Article 64 paragraph 7 letter a, Article 101 letter c of Law No. 24 of 2013, and based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 470/296/SJ dated January 29, 2016, E-KTPs are valid for life.
3. The Customer has read, understood the contents, and signed the Terms & Conditions of Aira E-Bizbanking.

USAGE TERMS FOR AIRA E-BIZBANKING

1. Customers can use Aira E-Bizbanking facilities to conduct banking transactions provided by PT Bank Nano Syariah, both financial and non-financial.
2. Customers must ensure they access the correct Aira E-Bizbanking address at https://banksinarmassyariah.com/businessbanking/.
3. Customers must use their company code, username, and password to log in to Aira E-Bizbanking.
4. For financial transactions, authentication uses a Hard Token (Simaskey). There is a fee for adding or replacing the Hard Token (Simaskey).
5. Customers must fill in all required data for each transaction accurately and completely.
6. Every instruction from the customer stored in PT Bank Nano Syariah's central data is the correct and binding data for the customer and serves as valid proof of the customer's instruction to PT Bank Nano Syariah to conduct the transaction unless the customer can prove otherwise.
7. PT Bank Nano Syariah accepts and executes every instruction from the customer as a legitimate instruction based on the company code, username, and password for the login process and the Hard Token (Simaskey) or SMS OTP (SMS Token) for username activation.
   PT Bank Nano Syariah has no obligation to investigate or examine the authenticity, validity, or authority of the use of the company code, username, password, Hard Token (Simaskey), or SMS OTP, nor to assess or prove the correctness or completeness of the instructions, and therefore these instructions are legally valid and binding on the customer unless the customer can prove otherwise.All transactions instructed by the customer to PT Bank Nano Syariah cannot be canceled for any reason.
8. PT Bank Nano Syariah has the right not to execute customer instructions if :
1. The customer's account balance is insufficient to conduct the transaction.
2. There are indications of criminal activity.
3. In accordance with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Regulation No. 23/POJK.01/2019, Financial Services Providers must refuse to conduct business relationships with Prospective Customers and/or execute transactions with WIC if the Prospective Customer or WIC:
• Does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 17, Article 20, Article 21, Article 22, Article 23, Article 24, and Article 28;
• Is known or suspected of using fake documents;
• Provides information that is doubtful in truth;
• Is a shell bank or an Islamic bank that allows its account to be used by a shell bank; and/or
• Is on the list of suspected terrorists and terrorist organizations, and/or the list of financing Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
4. Financial Services Providers must refuse transactions, cancel transactions, and/or terminate business relationships with Customers if:
• The criteria as referred to in paragraph (1) are met;
• The source of transaction funds is known or suspected to be derived from criminal activity; and/or
• The customer is on the list of suspected terrorists and terrorist organizations, and/or the list of financing Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
9. The customer is obliged and responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transaction instructions. PT Bank Nano Syariah is not responsible for any consequences arising from the incompleteness, ambiguity, or inaccuracy of customer instructions.
10. All consequences arising from the misuse of Aira E-Bizbanking are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the customer hereby releases PT Bank Nano Syariah from all claims that may arise in any form and from any party.
11. Transaction records, information, or other data in PT Bank Nano Syariah's system are valid and binding evidence of banking transaction instructions conducted by the customer through Aira E-Bizbanking, unless the customer can prove otherwise.
12. By conducting transactions through Aira E-Bizbanking, the customer acknowledges that all communications and instructions received by Aira E-Bizbanking will be treated as valid evidence even if the documents are not made in writing or signed by the customer and Aira E-Bizbanking.
13. The transaction limit through Aira E-Bizbanking is at the discretion of Aira E-Bizbanking, and Aira E-Bizbanking has the right to change the transaction limit at any time at its sole discretion.
14. By using the Aira E-Bizbanking service, the customer understands and agrees that:
1. PT Bank Nano Syariah may collect customer data necessary for Aira E-Bizbanking to function properly.
2. Personal information may be provided directly (e.g., when registering as an Aira E-Bizbanking user) or automatically collected when using Aira E-Bizbanking.
3. PT Bank Nano Syariah and/or its affiliates may use the customer data provided directly or automatically collected for internal purposes of PT Bank Nano Syariah and/or its affiliates.
15. If PT Bank Nano Syariah collaborates with third parties related to providing access to Aira E-Bizbanking for users through third-party means:
1. PT Bank Nano Syariah may display user account information on third-party means only after obtaining user consent;
2. PT Bank Nano Syariah may use authorization means determined jointly by PT Bank Nano Syariah and the collaborating third party.
3. PT Bank Nano Syariah ensures that the implementation of points a) and b) above meets the security standards and provisions of PT Bank Nano Syariah and ensures that this does not violate applicable laws and regulations.

COMPANY CODE, USERNAME, PASSWORD, HARD TOKEN (SIMASKEY), SMS OTP, AND CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

1. The company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), and SMS OTP (SMS Token) should only be used by the respective customer.
2. Customers must keep the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), and SMS OTP (SMS Token) confidential by:
• Not disclosing it to anyone else.
• Not writing it down to be read by others.
• Using all precautions to prevent it from being known by others.
• Not creating a username and password that is determined or chosen by others, or that is easy to guess, such as sequential numbers, six identical digits, birth dates or their combinations, phone numbers, and so on.
3. Any misuse of the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), SMS OTP (SMS token) is entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer hereby releases PT Bank Nano Syariah from any claims arising, whether from third parties or the Customer themselves, as a result of the misuse of the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), SMS OTP.
4. The use of the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), SMS OTP (SMS token) on the Aira E-Bizbanking facility has the same legal force as written orders signed by the Customer.
5. If the Customer's SIM Card or mobile phone is lost, stolen, or transferred to another party, the Customer must notify the nearest PT Bank Nano Syariah branch or Aira Care for blocking/closing the username. Any transaction instructions based on the use of the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey), SMS OTP (SMS token) that occur before the authorized officer of PT Bank Nano Syariah receives such notification from the Customer will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that PT Bank Nano Syariah is unable to execute instructions from the Customer, either in whole or in part, due to events or circumstances beyond the control or capability of PT Bank Nano Syariah, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, computer virus disruptions, web browser issues, equipment/system/transmission malfunctions, power outages, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, and other events or circumstances beyond the control or capability of PT Bank Nano Syariah, the Customer hereby releases PT Bank Nano Syariah from any and all claims of any kind and in any form.

BLOCKING / DEACTIVATING AIRA E-BIZBANKING USERNAME

1. The Aira E-Bizbanking username will be blocked if:
1. The user enters the wrong password three consecutive times;
2. The user submits a request to block the Aira E-Bizbanking username at a PT Bank Nano Syariah branch office or through Aira Care at 1500153 or 021 501 88888;
3. There is no usage for a certain continuous period determined entirely by PT Bank Nano Syariah at its discretion;
4. Unilaterally by PT Bank Nano Syariah for any reason or cause, with or without prior notification to the Aira E-Bizbanking user.
2. If the Customer wishes to unblock the Aira E-Bizbanking Username, they can request to unblock it through Aira Care at 1500153 or 021 501 88888.

TERMINATION OF AIRA E-BIZBANKING SERVICE

1. The Aira E-Bizbanking service will be terminated if:
1. The Customer submits a request to terminate the Aira E-Bizbanking service either through a PT Bank Nano Syariah branch or Aira Care at 1500153 or 021 501 88888, along with submitting a Letter of Termination for the Aira E-Bizbanking Facility and handing over the SimasKey and required documents according to bank regulations.
2. The Customer closes all accounts connected to Aira E-Bizbanking.
3. There is no usage for a certain continuous period as determined entirely by PT Bank Nano Syariah at its discretion.
4. PT Bank Nano Syariah unilaterally decides to terminate the service for any reason, with or without prior notice to the Aira E-Bizbanking user.
2. Regarding part 1) point d) above, PT Bank Nano Syariah has the right to unilaterally close the user's Aira E-Bizbanking account with or without prior notice:
1. At the request of national or law enforcement authorities;
2. If the User violates the Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking;
3. If the User provides false or misleading information to PT Bank Nano Syariah;
4. If there are indications of misuse of Internet Banking Business Syariah for activities that violate the law;
5. As required by applicable laws and/or court decisions.

TIPS FOR SAFE USE OF AIRA E-BIZBANKING

1. Ensure the Correct Aira E-Bizbanking Web Address
   Make sure you access the correct Aira E-Bizbanking address, which is https://www.banksinarmas.com/businessbankingsharia.
2. Avoid Public Wi-Fi Access
   Avoid using public Wi-Fi to conduct transactions through Aira E-Bizbanking.
3. Protect Data Confidentiality
   Be wary of fraud attempts by individuals posing as bank officers or other officials. Never share your company code, username, password, Hard Token (Simaskey) codes, or SMS OTP with anyone. Regularly change your password and avoid using easily guessed passwords.
4. Logout After Transactions
   Ensure you log out after completing your transactions.
5. Be Careful
   Be diligent when transacting. If you encounter anything suspicious or unusual, STOP the transaction and IMMEDIATELY contact Aira Care at 1500153.
6. Update Your Data
   Update any changes to your data (mobile phone number, residential address, email address, etc.) by contacting Aira Care at 1500153 or visiting the nearest branch.

INFORMATION AND COMPLAINTS

1. Users can submit questions and complaints regarding the Aira E-Bizbanking by contacting PT Bank Nano Syariah, Aira Care at 1500153 or 021-50188888, or via email at airacare@nanobanksyariah.id.
2. Users can also view information about Aira E-Bizbanking and current promotions directly on Aira E-Bizbanking or the PT Bank Nano Syariah website.
3. If there are any unknown or unauthorized transactions, immediately contact PT Bank Nano Syariah, Aira Care at 1500153 or 021-50188888, or via email at airacare@nanobanksyariah.id.

STATEMENTS AND GUARANTEES

1. In relation to the transactions carried out, the User hereby declares and guarantees that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking, including other terms and conditions provided by PT Bank Nano Syariah or third parties cooperating with PT Bank Nano Syariah in the provision of Aira E-Bizbanking regarding the use of new features or the use of Aira E-Bizbanking through third-party means.
2. The Aira E-Bizbanking user hereby declares and guarantees full responsibility for the mobile number and alternative mobile number under their control and the confidentiality of their data related to the use of the Aira E-Bizbanking service. The user hereby declares and guarantees full responsibility for all uses of the Aira E-Bizbanking service, including but not limited to:
3. Any risk and/or loss arising from misuse by the User and/or third parties for any reason and/or cause, whether directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the Aira E-Bizbanking service.
4. The user hereby assumes full responsibility for securing personal information data, electronic devices/mobile phones, and internet connections from cyber crimes such as phishing, viruses, trojans, malware that result in fraud, loss, or damage, including but not limited to cyberbullying and terrorism. Therefore, (i) the User must ensure the authenticity of the web pages visited; (ii) the User is advised to use licensed antivirus software; (iii) the User should always be cautious when using public internet connections (public Wi-Fi access); and (iv) the User is advised to change their password for accessing the Aira E-Bizbanking service regularly.
5. The user hereby declares and guarantees that the data provided/entered during registration is true/accurate and complete and ensures that the provided information will always be up to date.
6. The user hereby declares and guarantees that the listed address is correct and can be verified with valid documents. The Bank has the right to request a letter of reference from the local administrative office, such as the sub-district office, or a reference letter from the employer, and has the right to verify these documents with the issuing institution.
7. All documents submitted to PT Bank Nano Syariah, whether in hard copy or soft copy, will be documented by PT Bank Nano Syariah and cannot be returned for any reason.
8. The user agrees to indemnify and release PT Bank Nano Syariah from any claims, lawsuits, and/or compensation from any party in connection with the user's negligence in fulfilling the provisions of these declarations and guarantees.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. The transaction proof conducted by the Customer through Aira E-Bizbanking is the recorded account transaction history or transaction statement. The Customer must immediately report in writing to PT Bank Nano Syariah if there is any change in the Customer's data.
2. The Customer can contact PT Bank Nano Syariah, Aira Care, or a PT Bank Nano Syariah branch for any issues related to transactions, blocking, or closing Aira E-Bizbanking.
3. For issues related to SIM Card, Mobile Operator network, internet network on the mobile phone, billing from the Mobile Operator, SMS costs, and value-added services from the Mobile Operator, the Customer must contact the respective Mobile Operator.
4. PT Bank Nano Syariah may change the Terms and Conditions of Aira E-Bizbanking from time to time with notification to the Customer in any form and through any means.
5. PT Bank Nano Syariah will never ask for the company code, username, password, hard token (Simaskey) code, or SMS OTP from the Customer for any reason (such as winning a prize, data verification, etc.). For confirmation of any information received by the Customer, please contact PT Bank Nano Syariah Aira Care at 1500 153 or 021 501 88888.
6. The Customer hereby declares adherence to the Terms and Conditions of Aira E-Bizbanking, the applicable regulations at PT Bank Nano Syariah, and all terms and conditions applicable at PT Bank Nano Syariah governing the opening of accounts, the use of facilities, and transactions that can be conducted using Aira E-Bizbanking, including any amendments, which will be notified by PT Bank Nano Syariah to the Customer in any form and through any means.
7. The Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking are subject to, governed by, and implemented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute in the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking, PT Bank Nano Syariah and the User agree to resolve it through mutual deliberation for consensus.
8. These Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking are subject to, governed by, and implemented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. In the event of a dispute in the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions of Use of Aira E-Bizbanking, PT Bank Nano Syariah and the User agree to resolve it through mutual deliberation for consensus.
